How to Use Digilinks

Get started with your digital business card in minutes.

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" on the home page, or go to the Register section on the login page. Enter a username, email, and password (at least 8 characters with a number and letter). You'll be logged in immediately.

How do I edit my profile?

Once logged in, click "Edit My Profile" on your dashboard. You can add:

Your name, title, company, phone, email, and bio
Website links, social media, and payment links
Profile picture, background image, and theme color

How do I share my card?

Your card has a unique link: digilinks.space/p/yourusername. Share this link anywhere. You can also:

Copy your link from the share section on your profile
Show your QR code so people can scan it with their phone
Tap "Save Contact" to download a vCard file

What's included in Premium?

Premium unlocks all features:

Unlimited social & website links
Full visitor analytics (who viewed your card, location, time)
All color themes and custom designs
Photo gallery (up to 10 images)
Remove the "Powered by" footer

How do I manage my subscription?

If you're a premium user, tap "Manage Subscription" in your dashboard. You can:

View your billing history
Update your payment method
Cancel your subscription (cancels at end of current period)

How do analytics work?

Premium users see visitor analytics on their dashboard. You can see:

Total profile views
Views in the last 30 days
City and time of last visitor
Detailed list of all visitors (with location and timestamp)

Can I install Digilinks as an app?

Yes! Installing the app gives you instant access to your QR code – even offline.

Android

You have two easy ways:

Method 1 – Use the Install Button (fastest):
- Go to your personal QR page: /p/yourusername/qr.
- Tap the ☰ (hamburger menu) in the top right corner.
- You'll see an "Install App" button – tap it.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to install.
💡 If you don't see the button, the app is already installed (or you can use Method 2).
Method 2 – Add to Home Screen manually:
- Open Chrome and go to /p/yourusername/qr.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right.
- Select "Add to Home Screen" → tap "Add".

iPhone / iPad

Go to your personal QR page: Open Safari and navigate to /p/yourusername/qr.
Share and add:
- Tap the Share icon ⎙ (at the bottom).
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- Tap "Add" in the top right corner.

💡 The app icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open directly to your QR code – even offline.

⚠️ Important: Always install from your personal QR page (/p/yourusername/qr) – not from the dashboard. This ensures the app opens to your card every time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to "Account Settings" in your dashboard. You can request deletion there. Your account will be permanently deleted after 7 days – you can cancel the request anytime within that period.

I'm having trouble logging in.

Make sure you're using the correct username and password. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset it. If you're still stuck, contact us using the details below.
